I recently purchased two sets of glasses. One for everyday use and a set for computers. I had issues getting used to the everyday glasses and Nate had them adjusted and new lenses in a few days. They both are working terrifically and I am completely satisfied. Nate deserves a great shout out as well as all of the employees at the business. Kudos and thank you again.

Stan and his crew are amazing. His attention to detail and honest pricing is better than any Big Box store can provide. He helped us compare how he could have provided use the same glasses for 1/2 the price of Shopko. They also don't push service agreement like the one Shopko snuck into our bill this year. Needed my glasses adjusted and refused to help me because I did not purchase them there. That is a service all eyeware places provide. Had the door locked during hours of business. Would not recommend them!!!

Looking back, my family and I have been using EyeCare Optical over 30 years, and Stan and his staff have continuously displayed exceptional dedication to customer service, coupled to great product selection and great prices. I cannot say enough about all the amazing people who work here. I stopped in with a problem with my glasses which I bought at another place in town. I wasn't able to get them fixed at the original place due to the death of the doctor. I was also turned away at another establishment that had obtained the original doctor's records. All they wanted to do was give me an eye exam and sell me a new pair of glasses. I then took a chance and stopped in at eyecare optical. The minute I stepped in I felt that this was going to be a good experience. Immediately they looked at my glasses and listen to my problem trying to figure out solutions. They did research and found that they could not order the frames, but searched online and helped me find a pair on eBay. They proceeded to find a temporary solution to fix my glasses and told me to come back when the new ones arrive. Once the new ones arrived, they popped out my old lenses, put the new ones in, shined them up and fitted them to face, making sure that everything was good. All of this customer service was done at no charge! I could not thank them enough- I now know where I'm going for all my eye care needs!

The care received from Stan and his team has been outstanding for me! The shop is more than just a dispensary for optical products. Everyone I've encountered there for prescription glasses is professional, experienced and compassionate, always striving to give the customer the best service. I especially appreciated the recommendation from Stan to repeat my refraction - get a second opinion as it were - to help me see better and he was then able to redo my lenses. I highly recommend the shop. They put the CARE in eye care.
