Dr. Day and his team are professional, caring, and attentive providers. They have always taken the time to address my needs and my questions. And when my son needed extra assistance to get through his checkup, they were more than happy to accommodate us. I can't recommend their office enough!

We had a very unfortunate experience dealing with them. The doctor contacted us regarding a Zeiss VF we had listed for sale. I immediately gathered their business details and sent them an invoice with a secure payment link. No payment was received that day, and because we deal with high-demand equipment that sells very quickly, the item was purchased and paid for by another customer that same afternoon via eBay. As soon as that happened, the first invoice was voided -- which is standard practice in our industry. The following day, a staff member from this practice attempted to pay on the old invoice (which already showed zero balance because the equipment was no longer available). When I explained the situation over the phone, she became extremely hostile and slammed the phone down so hard that the noise was very audible on my end. There was no professional courtesy or understanding in her response. To clarify: * The accusation that we sold the item locally to avoid shipping is false. We do business all across the United States. The unit simply went to the buyer who paid first. * The claim that we are "shady" or do not honor agreements is unfair. We operate transparently and according to clear, standard policies. Unfortunately, this interaction was hostile and unprofessional on their side. Based on my personal experience handling this transaction, I cannot recommend working with this practice. ***I am the person who personally handled this transaction. I created the invoice, sent the secure payment link, and spoke directly with this practice.***

I have been a patient here for the last 15 years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The staff is very accommodating and understanding. Both Dr. Day and Dr. Back are very thorough in their exams and extremely personable. I took my son to see Dr. Day in February and he was phenomenal. He knew the family history and made sure to make me aware of my sons odds to develop said eye problem. Sarah the technician was great with my son in all aspects. Overall, great staff and even atmosphere!

Took my 6 year old in for an appointment, her first ever eye exam, and had a great experience. Bailey at the reception desk was very welcoming while checking us in, quick and efficient. Lori was incredibly kind and answered some questions I thought of while my child was with Paula, who took great care of my 6 year old. Dr. Day made my daughter feel relaxed and was really great with her as well. All around awesome and thorough staff.

Dr. Dana Day is thorough in is evaluation. He listens and addresses my questions. I am grateful for his wonderful care and recommend him to all people for they eye care.

When I went to The Eye Institute of Wyoming I was extremely happy with the services I received. When I arrived for my appointment I was warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome. Dr. Day was great with me. He took the time to explain the exam with me. After my exam the girls were very good at helping me pick out glasses. They offered suggestions but we're not pushy. I left feeling well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Day and his team for your's and your children's eye health needs.
