I had a great experience at my recent eye appointment. The pre-testing was done quickly and efficiently, which made the visit start off smoothly. My time with Dr. Porter was excellent--he gave me plenty of time to ask all my questions, and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The optician was also wonderful and spent time helping me choose the right frames without rushing the process. Overall, the entire appointment went very well.

I am moving my reviews over from our other account so we can consolidate everything. this review is regarding all our visits to the Wind City Eye Care over the past few years... My family loves Wind City Eye Care. Out of all the places we have lived, and eye care facilities we have been to, nothing comes close to Wind City Eye Care. They are very professional, helpful at explaining things so you understand, and Dr. Levi Porter is very thorough and precise with both his diagnosis and best course of action to take. It is rare I write reviews, but when someone stands out in their services provided, they deserve to be called out. Appointment lead times can be a long wait, but if you keep calling your chances of finding a vacant time slot from someone who cancelled is very likely. Initially my appointment was going to be in December, a 7- month wait, but after a few calls, my appointment wait time ended up being under two weeks.
