Tina is a pleasure to see and communicate with-she is always patient & accommodating. Dr. Kienlen works hard to make sure all is right for our vision needs. 100% satisfied for many, many years!!

Kent and his current staff are amazing. I am a type 1 diabetic and Dr. Kienlen is awesome at getting my yearly appointment done and sent to my endo. His receptionist Deb was amazing. The red headed one was not professional and did not follow through with many of things. I did hear recently they have new staff (receptionist) who is like Deb. Does things the good way, the old way of Big Horn Eye Care. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of an eye doctor. Kent and his staff treat you like family not just a cash cow like the red headed receptionist made everyone feel like.

I have known and used Doctor Kienlen since I was 10 years of age. Unfortunately his receptionist of 20+ years retired and he replaced with the receptionist that most people are making complaints about. She was not the right fit for the job and has caused people to have a nasty taste in their months about the Dr. He has now hired a new receptionist that has a better knowledge of her job. He is a great eye doctor and shouldnt be slammed for the faults of others actions. The mistakes that were made are being cleared up. He is a caring individual that will make the wrongs right and provide you with the best care and make sure that any billings issues are addressed.

Great doctor, worst receptionist. The receptionist is also the person who deals with billing insurance and she might be the most incompetent human being I've ever met. She's rude from the get go, threatens to send you to collections for her mistakes, etc. I ended up filing my own claim and I WILL NOT go back.

Great doctor! Horrible receptionist. I felt like I was being dismissed every time I called to get an update about my prescription. Also, I ordered contacts almost 2 months ago and I have still not gotten then or a call explaining what is going on with them. I'm going to just get them online myself. If you don't need your prescription in a hurry by all means stop in. Otherwise, I have to say don't waste your time!

Dr. Keinlen is a great doctor recommends you to specialist if he needs to I have read Past reviews about the receptionist the receptionist that they had in their starting from November of 2017 to July of 2018 is no longer there she was a very rude person and did not do her job like she was supposed to since then they have hired a new receptionist who is being trained by the receptionist who has been there for 24 years and I feel is doing an excellent job dr. Keinlen keeps up on his training and schooling for his eye care and is very very competent about what he does and if he does not know or cannot take care of it he refers you to the specialist that can And Jennifer Dee is wrong the receptionist that every one is complaining aboutis the one that was hired 9 months ago and then fired just two months ago. It's funny everyone is raving about the new receptionist who is being trained by DEB! It was Kim who is the incompetent receptionist that was rude and didn't do her job!

I've been going to this practice since I was 6 months old and I've had SUCH a great experience! I've never been treated so kindly and so professionally! I would suggest Big Horn Eye Care to anyone and everyone!! I LOVE their staff and Dr. Kienlen! If you have had bad experiences in the past, give them another chance! One bad experience shouldn't spoil you having the best care of your life.

Very personable and professional. I always know exactly what we are doing throughout the exam. He always explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I always get a positive result because he takes the time to explain the process .
