Doctor McCune is an EXCELLENT doctor and has a great personaliry. He is friendly, caring, and thorough. He puts you at ease and keeps an eye on potential issues. Like me, for instance...I have medication that could potentially damage my vision, he keeps a close eye on it.

Two visits with two separate staff members and both are rude, liars and obviously they despise their jobs and have a genuine hatred toward customers. I will drive to Gillette Walmart nextime instead of spending $1400 on two pairs of glasses and be treated disrespectful. You two female workers I talk about need to look deep into a mirror and wise up ASAP.

I went to the vision center a few weeks ago and had terrible service from the doctor specifically. I have seasonal allergies so when I went in my eyes were a bit red. I lost my glasses and needed new contacts severely. I won't lie I did sleep in my contacts a few nights in a row because I am a new mom who is exhausted. The doctor refused to prescribe me contact lenses because he said I was too irresponsible to use them anymore. I was livid especially the way he approached it. I ended up going to another doctor in Billings who told me my eyes were fine and healthy. I felt humiliated in public by this doctor and will not be returning. He was completely arrogant. I will say the women who worked in sales and helped me prior to my appointment were phenomenal and even played with my child.
