The environment is very good, the staff and doctors help a lot, may God bless all the people of trust members ,may you be successful in your mission, thank you so much -- Sanjeev Jain
Pathetic management, the people who are taking no. ,Are taking on the basis of preference of their known people rather then by no. They don't know how to talk to the patient irrespective of the age of the patient. Inexperienced people are appointed at the front desk with zero knowledge of people management. I didn't expect this kind of pathetic culture at the place which is open for the well being of citizens. Either Agarwal Sangathan who is running this institute should take precautionary measures or they should change the staff and apoint people who are knowledgeable for this profession. What kind of words these support staff use for the patient "Dadi yaha baith", is this a way to talk to a lady.
*********** Completely Unsatisfied********** Hi, I am Aditya from Jaipur and I wanted to share my recent experience at the Agrawal Sangthan Eye Center. It was my first visit for a routine eye checkup. However, I must express my disappointment with the poor management and lack of professionalism I encountered. Upon completing the registration and payment process, I was abruptly stopped and informed that I could not proceed due to not wearing full-length trousers or any bottom wears. I am perplexed as to why this would be considered a valid reason to deny someone access to medical care. My query is directed towards the higher management regarding the rationale behind denying individuals their checkups based on attire. What if the situation is urgent or critical? Would patients in need of emergency treatment also be turned away for not adhering to a dress code? Is it acceptable to refuse someone access to essential hospital services based on their clothing? We are living in the 21st century, and I firmly believe that such actions are unjustified. If you share this sentiment, I kindly request you to issue a notice informing everyone that individuals wearing shorts will not be treated, even in emergency situations, and to apply the same policy for both genders. Please past a poster along with the diagram for illiterate peoples or who do not able to read. It is inappropriate to enforce rules or pass judgments based on someone's lifestyle or clothing preferences. We cannot possibly know the circumstances of every individual, and therefore, we should not impose such restrictions. Thank you.
thank you so much for all what you are doing for us and thanku for the hard work everyday.we are so lucky to have such amazing doctors and all hospital workers.we are so proud of you.the services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways.overall treatment is good.👏👍
The place is very worst than i thought the judge the people by their clothes if you are wearing shorts they just refuse to chek up and they fighting with the patient and the receptionist is the worst of whole . I recommend you go to DAYAL BAGH over there is also a very good centre for eye chekup for just 30₹-50₹.I dont like this place at all they also dont have proper equipment also very unprofessional behavior by receptionist.
All facilities available for all eye problems you have in a systematic way . Seeing many patients daily . Really a hard job and big contribution by owners . No vip treatment and every patient is seen equally . Just i think advance booking system something if possible may start so to decrease the per day crowd or somehow opening hours can increase but it also need more investment which is hard
That one lady (Dr.Ankita Mittal) she is a worst doctor I have ever meet she doesn't recognize my eye flew, just suggested me a normal infection. I think netralaya management should have known that she is not worthy in place of that original doctor. That eye flew is now taking major issue.
