I would like to put on record my experience with the CFS- It’s been an excellent experience. All round good experience . Dr Rishab who operated me was a professional expert & an excellent human. Cleanliness matters & it was indeed very good. Experience was enjoyable. I felt at home. The above experience is not complete. The CFS will definitely fly high in the Country. Very poor and inefficient management team. Horrible scheduling process. Make patients wait for 4-5 hours. Also, no one clearly communicates when medicines should be taken prior to the procedure. A new and capable management team can work wonders.

Very poor managenent team, tgey give no clarity on scheduling operations. Rhink patients' and their families' time is not worth anything. Tgey make you wait for 4-5 hours for a 10 min procedure. Very poor managenent team.

Dr Rishabh Chand is well experienced in his field. Very soft spoken to each and every patient. Give satisfaction to everyone for his/her well ness. I strongly recommend everyone "Centre for Sight" for any eye problem.

Very poor management, Manager behavior was not good. My appointment was fixed at 3.05 PM but whwn my number came it was 5 PM. Look like a Government hospital.such a horrible experience. But doctor was very polite.

Dr. Rishabh Chand is exceptionally meticulous knowledgeable and efficient. The office staff are very courteous and efficient. It was a very satisfying experience. Thank you Centre for sight Agra.

Worst experience ever at the hospital. Today my brother went for cataraconous. Dr. Riddhima rawat after wasting four hours said we don't have cornea specialist at our hospital and she refer the case to Delhi. Then we request counsellor either refund our fee as dr has not suggested anything just refer the case to Delhi , on this counsellor said to meet dr Rishabh Chand. What the joke? Whether Dr riddhima doesn't know that they have cornea specialist at their hospital or counsellor is making fool of us. I request everyone not to visit such misbehave doctor. Further, they are just meant to make money, they don't pay respect to anyone emotions and circumstances. We just wasted a full day at hospital from 10 a.m to 3:30 p.m and distance from home 85 km. If someone went so far in view to get good medical facilities, such doctor loot harass patients badly.

This is the worst place to visit. I went there for my mother check up and the staff is worst. Also I booked appointment with dr Rishab because I thought he has few positive reviews so he might be good but he was also worst. The staff there put the drops in my mother eyes and after one day my mother has gotten swollen eyes, water puff under eyes, rashes on eyes and ears. I called them that this has happened they said we can't do anything in this. Please please please do not visit this place at any cost 🙏🏻
