The documentation was incorrect, with my father's gender recorded as female and his age varying across different bills. Additionally, the billing process was not handled properly, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. I urge the hospital to improve its administrative procedures to prevent similar issues in the future.

It's very expensive hospital. ICU ward look like a general ward. staff are not experienced.
