I recently underwent a knee replacement surgery with Dr. Gaurav Rajpal, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care and expertise I received. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Rajpal and his team were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. He explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. The surgery was a success, and I’m already experiencing significant relief and improved mobility. The facility was well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and supportive throughout my recovery process. I highly recommend Dr. Gaurav Rajpal to anyone considering orthopedic treatment or joint replacement.

Huge issue with scheduling an appointment at this clinic. I called in the morning around 11 AM to schedule my mom's appointment, and the lady at the counter who handles appointments told us to come around 1:30 PM. We arrived around 1:45PM, and to my shock, she told us that our appointment was now taken and our number would come in 1-1.5 hours. I was shocked and argued with her, asking why she hadn’t taken our appointment over the call or at least informed us that calling doesn’t mean an appointment is confirmed. She simply said, 'Rule yeh hi hai, sir.' I then asked her why she hadn’t told us this on the call—isn’t that common sense?! I understand that a good doctor is important for treatment in India specifically, but isn’t a patient's time of any worth? No matter how knowledgeable a doctor is, as long as these processes continue to act as a bottleneck, I am sure they will lose recurring patients/referrals from patients like us. To put my point into perspective—we own a good business in Agra, and imagine if we made our customers (maybe someday the same doctors family) wait for services for more than an hour **without notice**. They would be furious, and rightly so. This is a basic scheduling incompetency. Dr. Gaurav, consider investing in and testing a good appointment scheduling tool. It's not that hard to implement such a tool in today's world, even with all the exceptions your clinic might encounter on a daily basis. Step outside your clinic room once in a while and listen to the pain points of those waiting in the waiting area.

Very bad experience... No schedule of appointment. I came in the morning at 11.00 AM and booked appointment for 2.30 PM . Still i have to wait for 1.30HR. after checking dr recommend me xray. The x-ray person got me wait for another 30 min and nobody called me for xray . After asking for my fees back they denied and returned only xray charges.

He is the best doctor and listen our problem very peacefully He doesn’t give extra medicine and mostly he suggest only excercise And it works really well.

A doctor par excellence. He makes you feel comfortable and you actually start getting healthy vibes during the first consultation itself. He will listen to you very patiently and unlike few others who have a pen poised over the prescription slip, will assimilate the first information you offer him. His diagnosis is accurate and well thought out. Next best thing is the emphasis on exercise and a well balanced nutrition. I would highly recommend him for all ortho related problems especially if you do not just want to be riddled with medicines for life. Dr. Gaurav Rajpal!

A very dedicated doctor…quite experienced n polite.was undertaking naturopathy treatment for long but there was no improvement in my back ache..Dr Gaurav understood my problem n now I am more than well….Thank u doctor🙏
