Dr Gunjan Prakash (SPG Medicare)

Negative experience - Visited Dr. Gunjan Prakash's SPG to get my mom checked, but the staff behavior was extremely unadjustable and uncooperative. I spoke to a girl named Komal, who seemed completely unaccountable. When I mentioned that I didn't receive the bill receipt, they argued that it was my responsibility to collect it, which is not true. The staff should have provided it to me. Dr. Gunjan Prakash should take care that his staff's behavior is not tarnishing his reputation. The staff needs training and improvement in their behavior. I appreciate Dr. Gunjan Prakash's medical services, but the staff needs a serious overhaul.

Receptionist too rude I called her for appointment but she told me to come sharp 10 am if I will late 5 mon they will not check patient but on Google it's written 10 to 1 doctor checkup timing wrong information bad service

I am a patient of Dr. Gunjan Prakash sir since last 2 years. I can see improvements clearly. No doubts on his professional skills. Apart from this he's a very gentle person. He listens to his patients very patiently and even tries to motivate patient regarding his/her health. The most important thing between doctor and patient is TRUST and I think you all can trust him. If you have any doubts, I would suggest you to please have a look on his professional experience and education. Fully recommended.

Doctor is very kind and expert in his field, gives ample of time for the patients to discuss their problems.

He operated my father for cataract, post surgery sent him out of the OT without any support (opened the door and told me to hold his hand and take him home immediately) also without any eye bandage. Gave 16 times a day eye drop schedule (which is unheard of) , as a result my father lost vision of the operated eye. When my aged father went to him with some strange watery symptoms post these meds he was non-chalant and unreceptive. So please please please refrain from going to him. Plus the waiting time at the clinic is also long as the doc seldom comes at 10, but that's Agra's DNA. Time is an indication not a commitment. Staff is sweet but untrained. .

He has done my father's eye surgery.. Doc is really good nd kind hearted Dr Gunjan..listens vry patiently nd gives sufficient time to say your issues... supportive and suggest well. As well he is most qualified and highly experienced eye surgeon..BIG THANKS TO DR.G.P. AND HIS ATTENTIVE STAFF
