Dr Rajat Goyal - Best eye doctor

I have consult with Dr Rajat for my father cataract. He has recommend operation for both eyes and complete with in 2 days. After that he is feel better. All staff are very humble and supporting. I will recommend him for future reference.

My father has gone for catract surgery for both eyes and he has got excellent result as per expectations. Doctor Rajat Goyal is is renowned eye surgeon in Agra and highly recommended for any kind of eye problem.

My mother cataract surgery was done on 12 February 2025. I don’t know what type of doctor he is because we people who are not in a medicine profession consider doctor as God but the behaviour of this doctor is pathetic during the surgery he told my mother that aunty ankh ki Roshni as bhi Sakhi hai aur nahi bhi nahi bhi Arti hai to kya hua solo ek ankh se to dikh hi rha hai. I want to raise few points 1. Is this the way to talk to patient who is already undergoing surgery 2. If you already is not sure that whether the vision will not come then just say to patient i can’t do your surgery there. 3 he mainly focus on insurance accordingly he deal with it When my mother visit him after surgery next to next day and shared her problem that I am not able to see any facing problem he explained aunty 10 days me Vision ayga to ayga wrna phir se surgery hogi ab Delhi se doctor hula ke kraynge. Aapka to insurance hai kya tension Leni phir we krna pdega Because of him my mother is facing lot of problem now He is money minded doctor only treating patient on the basis of insurance I

So this is second visit to dr goyal few years back he confirmed that i have symptoms of glaucoma which was true. I again visited him on 11th march due to headache occuring due to mygraine and prolonged eye issue. I am at relief after 2 days of medicine intake. Only ask from my end the lady answering the call for appointment can be given a basic hygiene check on how to talk to a patient, she should realise that not everyone wants to be in hospital to see a doctor person on other end of call is already in a state of pain please try to calm them down rather than answering absurd and inhuman.

Worst doctor I have visited till date, very arrogant and greedy, they give you appointment on given phone and after reaching there they say doctor is not available on the other hand doctor is available right there only,..... worst one, please don't visit such kind of arrogant doctor....... never believe on there telephonic appointments. Very Bad Experience 👎

Very disappointed. Total fake reviews. Pls don't visit. I have visited for eye problem and 20 days gone to take medicinea but no any changes done in eye problem. Medicine and drops looks like simple water only. Or I can say the doctor was unable to understand the problem in eyes. # dust problem in eyes. So you are saying your patients are making propeganda or you saying this is fake review pls see attached photos.

Very frustrating and confusing man. behaviour against the patient is very bad.Very bad language used by doctor.Receptionist team also behave very unrespectfully and rudely.No system for appointments...They all think that we are fools that' why waiting for more than 3-4 hours.
