Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Fatehabad Road, Agra

I recently visited this store to purchase a pair of glasses. While I am satisfied with the quality of the product, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff member assisting me did not inform me about the subscription details. When I inquired later, he falsely claimed that he had already explained it to me. This experience was not up to the standard I had expected, and I hope the management takes steps to improve staff communication and transparency.
