Excellent experience with Dr. Ashok Pachauri Most senior and experienced surgeon in the city...have been visiting him since so many years..recently got my mother operated for Cataract...trifocal lens implanted and she is really happy with the results

Dr. Ashok is a surgeon par excellence....my father who is bedridden since few years..most doctors refused cataract surgery to him but Dr Ashok Sir not only did it entire procedure was over within 10 minutes..very happy with his vision now

Doctors are good, overall neat and clean but managing staff is not well enough. Total chaos all over as patient/attender would never know steps involved before the doctor will see patient. 1 person will do eye test another 2 counter perform manual eye test this is where time takes. 1 of them sitting inside is a humble guy but all other shout and do not talk well. Although everything seems automated and number system is there but still it's uneven (60 number person will be attended before 52 number because he was standing there). Girl giving dilation eye drop sometimes say to close eye for 20min to some patient and to some don't, then they have take drop again. Sitting place is less in number, overall agra vibes all over.

Doctor Pachauri is good and this place has very good facilities. Only one thing which bugs me off, the recommendations for various next level diagnoses. I will always have doubts, may be this doc is good but the way I have been gone through various hospitals, I always doubt if prescribed medicines and diagnosis are really essential. Otherwise it’s a good hospital.

Came here on a journey through India with an eye infection and I have to say I couldn't imagine any better help. The doctor was competent, fast, spoke good English and helped me instantly. All the staff was very patient and answered all my many questions.

Myself dev sehgal ,i had myopia and my eyes successfully operated smile surgery by dr aditya pachori sir . Staff is super helpful to everyone and i suggest everyone who have any kind of problem related to your eyes so pls visit us .😇

Dr. Nishi pachauri having Soo bad attitude. She don't even know how to treat their own patient... And their own staff don't know how to test eye sight. In my report they give wrong eyesight nd advice more test just to make money out of it.. Very bad srsrly... I have a right to file complaint against Dr. Nishi pachauri ND hospital.. And also I have that wrong report given by pachauri so I have full proof against all oo them. Now I am gonna file complaint against all of them with proof.
