I had my mother cataract surgery done at Nidhi eye hospital, Agra. Nidhi eye hospital possesses a great deal of experience and competence. Their staff is also friendly and helpful, and speak softly and cooperatively. I would like to thank nidhi eye hospital Agra team for their efforts.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff seemed uninformed and lacked proper communication skills. I visited the eye doctor to get my glasses checked, but he didn't even examine my spectacles or check my prescription. Instead, he simply asked about my symptoms and prescribed medication without a thorough examination. When I asked to see the prescribed eye drops, the staff responded rudely and didn't even show them to me. To make matters worse, the total cost of the medication was Rs 950/-, which is excessive. It seems like they are more interested in making money than providing proper care. The prescription cost was only Rs 50, but the medication cost was exorbitant. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve their staff's behavior and service.

I had a very disappointed experience at this hospital . Staff behaviour very rude and when I called in hospital reception from my home next day of surgery only asking for some information about medicine .they talk to me rudely I said to receptionist plz can you forward the call any nursing staff . She said to me they are not free whereas they were free not busy when I went hospital surgery day . Staff were roaming around . Only I want ask about only 1 medicine
