Titan Eye+ at Sikandra, Agra

Above reviews might be fake, as my experience on this store is worst. The staff refused to attend the customer over phone and in person me being busy in some other work. He said visit some time later or tomorrow.

I had recently visited the store for eye-glasses repair which were bought from the same store. When I visited the store, the attendant there said that they will repair it but any breakage due to the repair is the customer’s responsibility, which according to my understanding means that they do not have confidence over their services! They are not properly trained and their repair-work can lead to damages to customer owned item. I would prefer the Lenskart store over this store (just beside this store).

Very worst experience with Titan Eye+Agra, their executive(Manish) staff is not professional and not aware about the exact policy and T&C I purchased sunglasses last couple of months and due to quality issue sunglasses have some cracks even product in warranty period i tried to connect to store and they totally denied to exchange the product while i tried to Delhi Titan store they simply exchange product and provide new sunglasses and on behalf of agra titan store they sholud be appolizes.
