Titan Eye+ at Marris Road, Aligarh

Had a very nice experience at the store. Customer service at its best. Very polite and gentle behavior by the staff. They are always ready to solve any and all kinds of issues of their customers. Shweta, the optometrist, was very welcoming and helping. She even arranged timely delivery of the product to another city. Also, she very elegantly did the job of helping a first-timer put on the contact lenses. Aman was also very gentle in conducting our eye-testing and helping us select the products.

Had a great experience there. Daya Sir who was testing my eyes was really polite and humble.Staffs were also soft spoken.My overall experience was good.Must Visit

The staff's behaviour was nice but the at first they ruined my glasses, they said to get my eyes checked for the vision number, they remade my glasses but still they fixed nothing and without my consent they changed the frame. My 4,000rs were wasted. Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star.

Best service in every aspect. Very polite behavior by the staff. I had interaction with Ms. Shweta and Mr. Dayashankar. Their behavior is very affable and gentle. I am totally satisfied with the lenses and the frame. Their services are fair. Customer is not deceived. Everyone should visit the store. I have been wearing glasses for more than 30 years but my experience at Titan Eye Plus is the best. In the future I will visit only Titan Eye Plus store. Here the customer will not repent after purchasing the product.
