Thank you Dr Tarafdar I came to India to get the lens surgery to correct my visibility and get rid of glasses . Initially I had to some problems in the vision but now my eyes are perfect. Thank you once again highly recommended for the eye related issues.

My mother went there for cataract surgery, but treatment was not effective and she started to face more problems post surgery. We often notice random swelling around eye and it looks smaller than other eye. Seems lack of professionalism as per conversation from my parents. It was expensive but not effective.

Visited Dr Amit Tarafdar for cataract surgery of my mother, I am not a resident of Bareilly, I went to him following inputs received from few locals. I was amazed / astonished / glared to hear from the Dr that the lens which I have opted is not available in stock of stockist in Bareilly. This message was conveyed to me at the time when my mother was almost reaching operation theatre after almost all dilution and medical process before cataract surgery. I have paid the bills for lens and medicines. Thus, I inferred that making such a silly mistake after having this much experience is shameful and unbearable. I asked for complaint register, staff told NO. Then I wrote complaint on a piece of paper and asked receptionist for receiving sign, staff said NO,(they only say yes to their employer, completely inhuman robots). Dr then received the complaint and was apologising for this, but it is of no use as you Mr Dr have wasted my precious 2 days and have broken my belief of being a best Dr in Bareilly for cataract surgery. A BIG DEFINITELY NO NOW, also , NOW DUE TO YOU, my parents will check my words before beleiving me. We all know that time and tide waits for none and time is precious let it be of any1, so Mr Dr please mend your procedure of intimating availability of resources in delay. Also, being best in Bareilly and not having serviceable centralised AC, also cutting 2% extra on payment through POS are two another points to add on. Highly dissatisfied 😒 and disappointed, Dr you will definitely not feel how my precious time have been spoiled by your silly mistake. Horrible. My payment was returned back but my sentiments was crushed.

Best eye care Hostpital in the Bareilly and also accepts Ayushman card. Supportive staff.....
