I went there for stiches in my wrist. It took 20 mins for the process to complete. He directly went for Lunch without informing about any precautions or details saying will let you know .Later when we went back at the reception the staff asked to pay 10000 without any bills and details. After asking about the bill they narated about the charges and were hesitant to write it down. Later when i asked about the bills for the mediclaim he refused to give any bills and application saying that “I fall in so high tax slab how will i show the charges when billed” . He thinks he is the only doctor who exists in the world when he said “itne charges to mere wound ko touch krne ke ho jate hai”. If the doctor was taking appropriate charges for the procedure i don’t understand why was he so reluctant to give the bills. He was repeatedly on the same thing not to give bills and fill the procedure for mediclaim. At the end he said ok i will fill the forms but have to pay additional 6000 for the file charges. I don’t understand which hospital charges separately for the file and paper work. Anyone who has a medical insurance and going through any procedure at Devendra Hospital should not go because it was their clear words “we do not entertain anyone who claims for Insurance later”. His statement “isiliye mai Bareilly ke patients entertain nai krta “ , oh you live in this city why are you doing OPD here then!? Very rude and unprofessional behaviour of the doctor and the staff. He showed that he was so disinterested in putting the stiches but just did it since we said it again and again. One cannot get any task done without the consent of the other party, he behaved like he gave such a big favour doing this. I should have now i think things you have shown here on social media if you had explained all these things there things would have been different.You are talking about harassment firstly at this age you should know how to talk to a patient, any patient heals from half of the problem if the doctor is supportive, in your case it was opposite. Me after telling you that the taping came out can you fix your words “ye to ek din me hi noch dia apne ye 1000 rs ka tape iska to charge bhi nai lia mene” . Oh my god what have you charged for then is it that difficult to write and tell.And “harassment “ is the appropriate word for what you did. Its not about the charges we paid for the procedure its about your behaviour and staff’s attitude when asked about the Mediclaim form. As you seemed scared from tax slab like you mentioned. Please stop living in dillusion of “THE BEST DOCTOR “ title. Life is far more ahead than you are living in. WISHING ALL YOUR PATIENTS GOOD LUCK 🤞🏻

Dr. D.k gupta is the best doctor for surgery and staff is also good, polite behaviour.

Yes you treated me back , i am suprised same day we met and you dont even remember .Same issue other pateints faces , not ready to give bills , if pateint says anything dr starts to disrespect say things with bad way like aap kanhi aur karlo , main aise chote case nai leta, apke to wound touch krne ke itne ho gaye , main jo thread stiches ke liye use krta hu wo india me nai milta hai imported hai , water proof tape ( size of approx 2.5x2.5 inch cost 1000 ) according to dr , take a reality check dr if this goes to official will you able to show them bill for your imported thread or so expensive tape if not then how will you handle income tax enquiry for charging so high and not giving bill to pateints and u said local ke cases islye nai leta this is because local wale apko apke way of speaking apke arrogant attitude ko let go nai karega , outstation pateint to chala jayga keh sunke but local wale aise nai karega , and aap local ke cases nai lete nai karte to aap bareilly me opd kyun kar rae hai band krdijye opd , bahar gate pe likh wa dijye bareilly ke pateint nai treat krte hai then you will realise ki local ke pateints se hi apka hospital chalta hai , learn how to speak learn what to speak and start giving bills for what you charge , not giving bills tells you cant justify your charges or you want to save taxes on your so high income And let me be clear yanha pe issue apne kitna amount charge kara nai hai but jab apse medicalim ke liye bill manga gaya your exact words were " what expense will i show" And then you started side ways to avoid giving bills iske to fill charges banega (6000) You charged us 8000 for stiches and 1000 for opd its ok we didnt mind giving you what you asked because you are good as a doctor but why so much nonsense talk for giving bill of amount you charged us And yes one more thing all this what normal people calls " batameezi" you did was to a lady who came alone just to get suggetions from you which you should have given after doing stiches but from your ot you directly went to lunch without speaking to pateint ( how responsible of you and this shows how important pateins are to you ) Take money and dont care if pateint is waiting What kind of dr does that directly after doing stiches goes away ,without talking to pateint Kudos for your moral and medical responsbilities for patient , I went through your reviews and somelady mentioned that you left surgery in between it means you have this issue from long back . You cant take suggetions or someone who speaks what you dont feel right and you loose your calmness and speak in ways which you shouldnt SECOND REPLY yes you treated gentle lady aka my wife in this incident ( not a false story ) I have mentioned specific instances and things you have said during the incident but in your rply you didnt address any of it you just said its a false story nothing you said l Is a proper reply to anything , i dont know why you declined to give bills and sign form for mediclaim , and our review is for your rudness and wrong way of speaking and disrespecting your patiens and reviews of many other people prooves that this is not the first time you have talked badly to someone You are a very good dr may be greatest in your feild but sorry as a person as a human being need to learn alot specially in you communicating skills / kindness and politness is something a degree or greatness in field cant give you Nothing of this is because of that you charged us everything is about how you talk and said and did May god lead you to right directions and gives you peace of mind so that you can judge what wrong you do while speaking and communicating Thank you so much my last rply to you

The doctor is very humble and his treatment is very good, my brother's cyst operation has been done by the same doctor and today he is completely healthy, I would recommend Dr. Devendra Kumar Gupta ji for any kind of surgery.
