Awesome experience with this hospital,all staff members are so cooperative & caring nature. So I wanna say best eye hospital in Bareilly.

Really bad experience. This doctor doesn't even listen to the patient properly. He just wants to make money by attending to as many patients as possible. People are spending so much money and he doesn't even talk to you for 2 minutes. And ironically, he has a quote written in his office about serving the community. What a joke this medical profession has become!

My Tranks- PRK Laser surgery was good but I face problems in night , light shines and my eyes take time to adjust in Low lighting . It feels awesome and relaxed without specs though. I will ask doctor to give some eyedrops for everyday use.

They don't switch on the Ac only, after paying 50000 for my surgery the patient care is pathetic

Dr Kapil Agarwal is a perfectly professional doctor, from check up, to recommendations and the way he talks with his patients is very humble and nice. Sanitation and environment of hospital is also good. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the person who sits in the main area/reception to recieve appointments is pretty weird and rude. I went there for the first time, In fact I did not have much knowledge about eye hospitals so that person was like in a way making fun of me....
