Doctors are nice and professional, just had a pathetic experience which I want to share. We visited around 2 PM today and there was this lady receptionist there. Very ill mannered and rude person. The counter was empty and i was the only one waiting for my prescription to be made. Firstly, this lady didn’t attend and was busy gossiping with another staff member. Just when my prescription was done, the doctor went in the OT. We couldn’t wait as I had an important meeting to attend and I asked this receptionist to please help in this situation. She clearly said to me very rudely that I am refunding your money and she literally “threw” the 500 rs note at me. That moment I felt like teaching her some manners but I completely ignored her as I didn’t want to create any scene in the hospital. I went to the optical shop and waited for my eye test. During this time my mother went back to ask this receptionist if the doctor is available now. This ill-mannered lady asked my mother to leave as she will not create a new prescription. She was so arrogant for no reason. Seriously guys, you need to think what kind of people you are putting in your hospitals. Zero decency, zero professionalism.

No time management system..atleast u have to wait for more thn 3 hrs..and yes come late go first service also available..didnt understand the process of opd...many more senior doctrs are availble in bareilly...my opinion is dnt waste ur time here

Good facility and good doctor very nice person

It's a fantastic eye hospital where the doctors and staff are well experienced, courteous and are able to extend high quality treatment and care at modest expenses. Moreover, the hospital is extremely clean and in a very good locality. Patients can really rely on the hospital and team for high quality treatment and satisfaction.

Kailash eye hospital is the best hospital in Bareilly. The doctor here is Akshat Bass. The doctor is an expert in his field. The hospital is clean and full of all facilities. I am completely satisfied with the treatment here.
