No doubt he is good doctor, fee is also nominal for average class people not for poor. They are not accepting UPI payment, asking for cash only. The problem is with the spect and frame charges, it is too costly, it can be reduced upto 40%. And also the sitting arrangement is less as per crowd or patient , they can increase it by 10% They charges me 450 for normal frame and 690 for lens.

Pathetic service. For spectacles, normal flu - you can visit them, but if have any eye problem or corrections - please don't waste your time and move to the higher cities like Lucknow, Delhi etc. It's better to visit government hospital or Kelly rather than paying ₹300 consultancy fee to Dr. BP Tripathi , bribe for number/ appointment slot, smell of urine, less space etc are very common in this hospital. I find Kelly & District government hospital better than this. No option for zero rating, so one rating.

Wasting of time very irresponsible behaviour and proudly Nature and supporting staff are very unsupporting Over all the worst Eye clinic in Basti
