This shop is situated in Gandhi Nagar, market at Basti District Headquarter. Overall Average Quality Spectacles . My Experience is not good at all. I visited for an eye check and glasses for my mother. They checked and made spectacles for Seeing only longer distance and my mother had issues with longer and shorter distance. When we complained, they said that she has cataract. But in fact she doesn't. The price of the frame was charged twice as same frame was given to a customer at half rate. Expensive and Low quality spectacles they give you. I also purchased a pair of glasses at a high price and it broke within 6 months.

Good Services and customer friendly behaviour

Very bad experience I had. They mistakenly use the left eye lens glass with my right eye and vice-versa. This shop just focusing on quantity over quality. They also don't have space for people who want to check their eyes
