I had a very disappointing experience at Shri Krishna Mission Hospital in Basti. My Mami Ji was referred there from Rudhauli, but the doctors failed to inform us about her real condition, saying only that she needed admission. Tragically, she passed away the next day while being transferred to Lucknow. It felt like their priority was money, not patient care. They lack the necessary facilities for urgent cases. I regret taking her there; one star is too generous for their service. Avoid this hospital to protect your loved ones. Please be careful!
