Staff behaviour is very bad and irresponsible staff… they overcharges if one take treatment through TPA then charges extra in cashless TPA .. worst after service

The staff at tge hospital is very unprofessional. I visit there on 7th of oct 2024 for my eye swelling, i purchased medicine as per my prescription but later i found that some medicines are available at my home, then i tried to return those medicine but the perosn at the counter told me that talk to the manager. Then i went to the manager and requested him for the return but he and the person with(Mr Zuber) misbehaved with me. I feel very dishonoured with this behaviour. These people are not for healthcare services. Please improve the professionalism among the staff.

Dr akhilesh Agrawal is best doctor and I also recommend to visit for your eye problems. My mother's operation is successfully done in ojas eye care.thanks to Dr akhilesh Agrawal and all staff..

A single guy can destroy all the hardwork of others.i m talking about receptionist (UTTAM) because reception is the first point of contact for anyone. His behaviour is very bad and unprofessional so that is your call what step you should take for improvement. Rest of all is very good. These three stars for others

Dr. Agarwal is very nice and his staff is also supportive, my son's treatment is going on here and there is a lot of improvement. And my parents' cataract operation was also done here and till now no problem has come. thanks again…

Arrogant lady attending calls.. Ojas eye care need to take on this serious note .. No comment on Doctor or Hospital...

The most uneducated and possibly the most misbehaved staff I have ever seen. The behaviour of the chemist is not acceptable at all, he doesn't talk and treat the clients in a good way... He gave the wrong information about the doses and forgot to give one medicine to my patient, Which itself is a big sign of unprofessionalism and is wrong to the people who are coming for the treatment with high expectations. I am really sorry to say that I don't recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for good eye treatment and respect.
