Very good nature Doctor. Nice cooperative staff. Over crowded atmosphere.

Today I visited the hospital and as per timing 8:00 AM no staff is available. Time is important for everyone. Also given number is switched off. Please improve the facilities of hospital. Approx 30+ patient is waiting to register the number. Date: 09-Nov-2024

Staff people are the worst, especially the women staffs. One of that staffs doesn't know how to talk politely with costumers. I highly urge Dr Navendu Rai to look into the matter and teach them the basic attitude of dealing with people, or simply fire them.

Today,I went for my 2 years doctor eye checkup but staff did not give appointment and behaviour was very rude of staff girl. I think ,they are understanding doctor themselves. Staff are very unprofessional and they are not giving respect to patients and not behaving well.ambience was like I came to sabji market.

Doctor Navendu and his staffs behavior is very bad and unprofessional. They misbehaved and illtreated my mother. Their appointment was scheduled and they also reached before time but were made to wait for more than one hour of the scheduled appointment and were told to wait futher as they were going for their lunch. Could have handled more diligently as they are professional medical personnel and not a road side vendor.

Doctor was fine.. but the staff behaviour is not much appreciable... they were not even punctual... had to wait almost 45-50 min from the scheduled time for appointment only because the staff was late on his duty.. And most importantly no social distancing norms were followed while taking appointment at staff desk... Rather then management system.. doctor is very good So .. this was all my experience at the hospital hope it may help you..🙂

You are a good doctor but your management is time taking. Time in OT is acceptable but for general OPD a patient has to wait more than required hours. Collection of money, acknowledgement process and other things by Dr, are time taking. You need to increase staffs and make counters like money collection, medicine distribution etc to run OPD smoothly. Rest are fine. Thanks 👍

Wonderful experience My many relative have visit this eye care hospital. And everyone has appreciate the doctor patience level. Wonderfully handles the patients problems as well as cure their query too
