Very bad service novice staff and novice doctors no experience to handle patients. wasting time and money

Very slow working.. this is the working pattern in covid . One patient have to wait at least 15 minute to get their report done. If you want treatment here you have to put lot of cash in your pocket because they don't have cash swipe machine or any other online method of transaction.. and our pm is promoting cashless transaction.

V unprofessional behaviour, kids have to wait for an hour, wen doctor is not available dn Dey shud not take consultation, but Dey wil take payment n dn u have to wait for hours dat doctor wil come n check ur child..staff wil nly say for hours dat wait 5min n she s coming, bt wait wait n go home..

Had a surgery done by Dr. Monish Malhotra …. It was a very good experience , feeling positive in just 3 days…. Best surgeon and i would recommend him to everyone in need. And the best part is he treats his patients in a friendly manner and is very easy to talk to regarding any issues or confusions. Overall i would say he is the super best doctor and truly good in his work. He is highly confident and professionally perfect in his work and real good with his patients. Also the staff of sai hospital is very caring and helpful.

The doctor at Sai Hospital is Dr A. P. Singh He is one of the most trustworthy and well educated and polite nature doctor. He takes time to listen to Patients problem and the give the prescription. One thing this hospital is doing differently is taking vitals when you got your receipt. Thank you Doctor you are best in Rudrapur.

Fraud.. they want only money.. patient was treated with very less knowledge and experience.. A simple problem resulted in emergency situation.. doctor knowledge about the patient problem was very less.. we were cheated and misguided as patient was kept under observation for 5 days without the knowledge of treatment.poor services had to take the patient in emergency to Delhi. No proper discharge papers and medicines were given..we were left on our own after the money was paid..

Best facilities and clean hospital shaporting and qualify staff

Worst hospital in the locality. Hospital is only for earning money not for treatment of patients. Doctor doens't Know the exact treatment to be given. They are so much confused which results in wastage of time, money and efforts of the patient.
