I visited for my son's eye infection. The doctor came after 20 min wait and prescribed 2 medicines. I gave drops to my son for 4 days but there was no improvement. Then I visited again and added 2 more drops. I used all the eye drops for 3 more days but there was no improvement even after 7 days. Then I showed him to a child specialist and there was improvement in 1 day. He is the worst doctor. In my experience, he prescribes only those medicines which are available with him and the medicine is also on MRP. Its a time and money wasting experience.

I have called them yesterday to confirm the doctor's timings, as mentioned on google from 10.30AM to 12.00PM, they told me that the timing's are from 10.30AM to 11.30AM only.... Okay no issues.. So I visited their clinic today morning around 11AM, first task to do is looking for their clininc, it's on first floor, but not a dedicated one, there is some ENT clinic of some different doctor where they have a facility for eye clinic as well. There is an attendant who recieves us (we were there for around a hour but no one else came there for checkup) and do the initial formality of registration and called the doctor and told us that the doctor is coming in sometime and ask us to wait... We waited for 20 minutes and asked him where's the doctor, he said that doctor said he is coming, let me check again... After that also 15 minutes went again, total almost 30 minutes when we decided to walk away but then only the doctor arrives.. He was wearing crocs.. Looks like he was at home in the same society where the clinic is, and after call just dressed up and came to clinic.. He checked my father properly, talk to us patiently, told us about the injury, help us with the medicines and its done... Once the treatment is done he left the clinic in so much hurry that we were not able leave the chair and he disappeared, leaving everything on the attendant. Another thing, doctor asked the attendant to check the BP before leaving, so now that person is not able to find the bp machine, he was searching all over and after 5 mins of efforts finally he found the machine, but thats not the end, he started the machine and battery was died in between, then he changed the battery and checked again.... Last but not the least, the fees.. I think they are overpriced, Rs 700 consultancy fees, and the medicines also provided by them which is on MRP, no discount on that and even manufactured a year ago, i mean its already 2025 and they are still selling the eye drops manufactured in 2023...... I think if this is the common process with all the patients then no one would want to visit them again, and will look for some other clinic....

Dr. Varun Gupta was incredibly thorough and attentive during my eye examination. Overall, provides excellent service and caring approach to eye health. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eye care.

Good Hospital for Eyes, Counseling is the best for eyes related problems which fulfill here at their best. Dr Varun is very good and supportive, with good behavior staff.

Highly unprofessional behaviour they have along with no value of patients waiting time is there as I waited there for more than one hour n finally their assistant told me that u please go to another clinic…. I was like what to say on this even after waiting since more than one hour and I am hearing such kind of words … life’s worst experience it was…. Pathetic
