I had a very disappointing experience with Drishti eye and ENT Center. I called in advance to check if the ENT doctor would be available, and I was clearly told to come around 12:30 PM as the doctor would be in by 1 PM. Based on this information, I went all the way there, only to be told that the ENT doctor does not sit on Sundays. What was worse is that they completely denied having told me otherwise, even though they had called me on Sunday themselves. This kind of miscommunication and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Very unprofessional.
