I visited the hospital Ayushman card facility approval not received on time please resolve this issue and change the process this term condition

A nice place of treatment eye diseases. Eye operation by highly qualified and experienced and specialist doctors at genuine costs. Eye operation without any injections. Every facility available. Behaviour of doctors and supporting staff are liable to be appreciated. It is located in the heart of City. Good location, easy approach. We should thankful for concerned society.

While the staff of the hospital is very supporting, Dr. Anant Vir Jain is highly unprofessional and doesn’t value patients’ time.. He is always late for his OPD as he is providing services in private hospital as well and prioritises them. He makes patients wait for 1-2 hours as a routine matter and even after coming he doesn’t attend to them immediately.

Its world wide known that Lions Eye Hospital's main focus is on providing medical services/treatments related to eye. Though there are other medical facilities related to ENT & medical tests etc too. This hospital is in Ghaziabad and is easily reachable. It extends fabulous services. All the staff members are very good and they are doing every bit to serve the society with their subsidized services.

Bad experience. My wife was suffering chronic pain in the eyes.So We went to this hospital. * First we paid 50₹ receiption for O.P sheet. *Receptionist send us to Room no 7. *Without any observation they send us to room no 3. *At room no 3 there was a lady staff(Not sure is that a doctor or not) from 10 feet distance she just looked at the patient and mentioned 2 eye drops without asking any questions. * We didn't took any medication from there.Left the the hospital immediately and went to another hospital and took proper care. Hospital Atmosphere: *Its a big mess and dirty. *No proper management and social distancing *Very rush.looks like a vegitable market. *No token system.old school type patient management. *Everyone waiting at the door for their turn. Note:This is only my personal experience.I am not against this hospital.

It's nice incase of an eye emergency for most people. But don't just go for the minimal fees, as they always compensate it with lots of pricey medicines. And the fee is ₹50 only if you visit in morning(and experience with the doctors is kinda dissatifactory at that time). And if you visit the evening slot , they charge the usual standard high fees as anywhere else that is ₹300.

I had visited this hospital on 20th Feb. For filling the form they didn't ask me my details and randomly entered 60 years while I am 48years. When asked, very rudely he said, to kya ho gaya, theek kar lo... Nd doctor came at 6.30. half an hour late. It was very unprofessional.
