Param Jyoti Eye Center

My mother recently underwent cataract surgery at Param Jyoti Eye Center, and we had a truly excellent experience. The entire process was smooth and professionally handled. Dr. Manish Aggarwal is not only highly knowledgeable but also very kind and gentle in his approach. He explained everything in detail and guided us at every step with great care. The staff at the center is also very polite and helpful, making the overall experience even more comforting. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The doctor was extremely rude and showed no basic courtesy in treating patients. If you accompany a patient to the hospital, the doctor treats you disrespectfully as well. Few days ago when my mother mentioned she couldn't look down due to eye pain, instead of showing empathy, he rudely suggested she hire someone to hold her eyes. This was just one of many negative experiences we had with him. In my view, he's not a good doctor, as he lacks respect for elders and basic manners.

I took my 4 year old for eye test but the doctor was very very rude. He didn’t smile at all nor had any empathy for the patients. Worst doctor ever. Never go there to get yourself insulted.
