Dr. Apoorva Aggarwal did a fantastic job with my mother’s cataract surgery. What really stood out to me was how careful and thoughtful she was throughout the whole process. The surgery didn’t happen as scheduled because my mother’s platelet count was low, and Dr. Aggarwal didn’t want to risk it—not even a little. She postponed it for two weeks, guided us on how to improve the parameters, and stayed involved the entire time. Once everything was back on track, she performed the surgery flawlessly. She’s not only great at what she does but also kind and easy to talk to. Really thankful for her care and would absolutely recommend her.

I got my lasik contoura done by Dr. Apoorva Aggrawal. And my experience from day one was very pleasant. The surgery was quick and she comforted me throughout by explaining each step and process. The only thing that took long was day one consultation, it was all in all a 3 hour thing for all the tests which was slow due to the crowd at the centre. All staff members are polite and well behaved. I felt I’m in good hands. I highly recommend her and this hospital for anyone considering specs removal surgery.

Despite being such a large hospital, Shroff Eye Centre has a non-functional telephone receiver. Whenever you try to call, the phone gets disconnected immediately. This issue has been ongoing for over six months now. It’s surprising that such a basic problem has not been fixed yet — they should at least get the receiver repaired. 1 star for receiver.

Dr. Gagan Bhatia, Retina specialist treated me post cataract surgery in my left eye. He is a wonderful Doctor, cares his patients a lot. He is very well aware and excellently does his job. I really appreciate him and pray to God for his well beings.
