Had a bad experience this clinic treats patients based on status and vip guest list. I was first in the line but a so called goverment officer was priorities before us. Such a bad customer experience. Won't recommend any one. They charge hefty fees and they discriminate bases on status and everything. Such a bad experience. The staff is not professional at all. I won't visit this clinic every. Babita bandri is a employee who run the show here she will decide who will go first. Atleast five patient where taken before us and then it was our number. But we arrived first in the clinic. unprofessional behaviour. Not recommended anyone to visit this clinic.

Very nice experience and supportive staff. I had 6/12 vision in an eye, with the help of their therapy provided my vision improved. Highly recommended to visit for all your eye issues. Grateful to Niti maam and Ajit sir!

The hospital is good, staff is well mannered, for us waiting period was less. Price was also not comparative to other eye hospitals , they also have advanced surgeries here. The counselors are were very nice and explained everything nicely before the descion.

His name and fame has reached far and wide.Very satisfied after the lasik surgery. Staff is very helpful specially Manju mam. Thanks for changing my life world without glass is very beautifull....!!

I do not believe Dr. Nitin Dua should be considered a top or priority eye specialist in the Ghaziabad/Kavi Nagar/Raj Nagar area. My father had a persistent eye-watering issue — a very basic and common eye problem. However, Dr. Dua misdiagnosed it as being related to the brain rather than an issue with the tear duct (eye hole). This led to months of discomfort for my father, where water constantly flowed from his eyes, making it extremely difficult for him to read, eat, or perform everyday tasks. Thankfully, we later consulted an Ayurvedic doctor who correctly identified it as a tear duct blockage. Based on that advice, we visited Vedanta Netralya in Rajnagar, who referred us to Dr. Gaurav Garg at View Care. He performed a simple 15-minute eye syringing procedure that resolved the issue on the same day. Given our experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Nitin Dua or Sunetra Eye Hospital to any of my friends or family. I strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before making any important decisions regarding their eye care here. I hope someone from the clinic reads this review, looks into my father’s case, and takes it as an opportunity to reflect and improve. Unfortunately, our experience felt more focused on generating revenue than providing accurate diagnosis and treatment.

After heard lot of name this centre. I went for my mother cataract surgery. Firstly I have faced bad impression of their girls staff who is on ground floor. Second no doubt Mr Nitin Dua is Good n his behaviour is awsum. I have selected best trifocals lens. But continue water coming from eyes of my mother. & they said no numbers coming for near distance but unfortunately her number coming for near & bit high for long distance vision also.

The team at Sunetra super specialty is exceptional! From state-of-the-art facilities to highly skilled doctors, they made my eye surgery experience seamless. The staff is attentive, and the recovery guidance was thorough. My vision has improved greatly—highly recommend for top-notch eye care!

Cateract surgery of both my eyes done by Dr.Nitin Dua,who is very cool and skillful. All other doctors and staff members are also courteous and helpful. This hospital is equipped with advanced technology .I am satisfied with all respect.
