I had Such a drastically pathetic experience here. I want all the consumers, users and reviewers to let know that if you buy any article, lens, specs anything online, this store manager refuse you to let your frames serviced. Secondly it is all about attitude being served to the customers and users. Again, the manager and workers treat you like they own you something. Lastly, their service is all the way lowest to all other different store in NCR(maybe I'm wrong about this but surely they have one of the lowest service). I bought a frame(Diesel) which was not on the store neither on their online store but used to be, I used their own factore made glasses on them. When I wanted to get it serviced, they refused to get the service and tell me "IF YOU BUY IT ONLINE THEN GO TO ONLINE TO GET IT SERVICED." BUY ONLINE AND REPLACE IT ONLINE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. They even don't machines for the specs servicing they told me. They do it with their bare hands. They told me specs are perfect and it's your fault. Specs are in shape.

I was looking for specs hard case for my rayban reading glasses. Looked in couple of shops in the area, but either they don’t have or were ripping in price. Then I hopped into Titan Eye +.
