Titan Eye+ at VVIP Mall, Rajnagar Ext, Ghaziabad

The showroom has shifted to Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad which is a prime location for. I visited on 21 December 24 for a small work ie changing nose pads of an Armani frame. They did it promptly.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience.we r regular customer of Titan and always prefer to go there for spectacles..but vvip Titan eyeplus experience is ridiculous..they told us about insurance scheme and the insurance company is compltpy fruad..our money got wasted.moreover after one month my spectacles got break down and when we submitted for repair there was no call from the centre for collection and spacks was not repaired.they don't know how to talk to their customer.we suffered from loss never vist this centre again.they r making fool imy telling insurance policies

Nice range of frames, trendy shades, great guidance by specialists. I always choose Titan when it comes to glasses. also staff is very good and polite. All of experience are good. Thank you so much Titan ☺️

Went to this store on 11/03/2024 for getting the nose pads replaced of my Rayban eyeglasses but was told that these are not available and they would call back. It's been more than 10 days and they are not responding to calls now.
