Dr Som is good and very Experienced doctor....his behaviour is good he gives proper time to each patient....only problem is that you will not be able to book his appointment ...his appointment is made by calling on mobile at 9 o clock but that number will continusly bussy and it get switch off when appointment get full

The management is disorganized and unprofessional. Despite waiting in line for over two hours, some patients were given priority access to the doctor without any explanation.

A very trusted Eye Specialist of Gorakhpur. I have known him since 2006, as a few of my family members were treated by him. However, getting an appointment can be a little tricky here as the receptionist told me that they take appointments only over call at around 9AM in the morning and for 50 patients only. The clinic is closed on Sunday. On M-F the doctor sees patients at 3 PM. Make sure to get an appointment over call using the number mentioned on the banner.

Doctor is too good bt the time management is worst. You have to lineup atleast 2 hours for just confirmation of your appointment no.

Very bad service...city has more eye specialist and they behave well with quality time. It does not deserve a single 🌟 but giving it only to post.
