Pathetic service by substaff.they do not take eye test as per serial number of patient.Prefrence is given to the known one who just came while normal public who even came earlier have to wait for hours ,some of such instances can be acceptable but there were many such instances.Apart from that the Doctor was very nice, he attentively listen to patient.
