My Mom had cataract surgery her Dr was Dr.Vinayak Bhatia. Dr. Vinayak Bhatia really very humble and amazing Dr.he listened very patiently to my parents and me. I must say about staff also like Suman ma'am listened me very carefully even I called 2_3 times to know about empanelled and address and it's noida branch ........and she replied very politely. One day before surgery and one the surgery day Arun ji told me everything very nicely and Arun Nagar help me during discharge of my mom becoz i was getting late to pick up my kids from school. Soni mam behaviour was very supportive with my mother as my mom nervous but she deal very well with us. Thanks to all.

Worst experience. Today I tried to have some basic query for my father catract survey . was just asking costing of package . told them that father is in lucknow and I need to know costing before I ask him to come to noida. Staff was super rude and insisted ki doctor ko dikhaye bina will not share even basic details. Package ia also high of 85 k. Superexpensive Nor they were sharing doctor detail. At last on following they cut my phone Will never recommend such unprofessional people to anyone

ICARE Eye Hospital at Greater Noida West : It's nice to have such a nice facility here, entire staff is very professional - Especially Dr Neetu Agrawal's very positive and professional approach convinced a patient. Yesterday my laser surgery was performed by her.... It was a WOW .... experience. But... Unfortunately there is no marketing of this hospital... No one knows about this hospital except few. I sincerely request Hospital Management to look into this. There is no signage and information displayed in the neighbouring area of this hospital.... Marketing team needs to be pulled up. Best Regards

Great service given by the hospital and the staff was cooperative especially mr Arun he attended us so well and explained each procedure very well about the surgery pre and Post surgery procedure.

My mom had an eye surgery her doctor was Dr. Saurabh Chaudhary. Amazing doctor I must say and staff is really helpful. They explained everything really well. Special thank to Mr. Ajay, thank you so much for helping me with doctors appointment in such a short period. I really appreciate it.
