Very cooperative staff. I take my son there for regular eye checkups. He feels comfortable as the staff is very friendly. Even the doctor herself is qualified and dedicated to her profession. One can visit without any doubt.

I recently visited her clinic and found huge difference in professionalism of Dr Kanak compare to my earlier experience 1. You have to wait for a one hour and get lesser time (10 mins approx) 2. You might not get answer of your all queries, she started ignoring some of your questions 3. Uncomfortable staff 4. Over priced specs Everyone's times is precious, doctor/staff may start giving appointments over telephone to avoid long queue waiting. Most important patients not only come for prescription only, however he expects relaxation psychological via resolving his/her queries. Accordingly WHO guidelines, a good doctor must give atleast 18-20 minutes to understand & listen patients problem (prescription time). Thanks

I want to share my experience. I will appreciate her for being noble. Once I started having double vision I visited them and was diagnosed with nerve paralysis of eye . She said it will take minimum 5 -6 weeks on medicine to resolve. I was frightful to wait this long so went to a bigger hospital for second opinion. There I was advised MRI and many other investigation. I was also told that I might need surgery. I came back to clinic. After 1 month now I feel totally fine. My vision is back . They do not over-promise and do not under- deliver. Highly recommended.

I must say Dr. Pandey is a gem and it is very difficult that you will find a doctor of this qualification with compassion in Delhi NCR. She listens patiently to you and will take down a very detailed history of your problem. I have turned to her as last resort and she has proved to be magical for my family. She will not prescribe any unnecessary tests and will answer all your queries with utmost patient. In a very short span, she has earned herself a reputation of a very good doctor .

She is undoubtedly best cataract surgeon in Noida, my mother had cataract with high blood pressure. Her case was rejected by many senior eye surgeon due to high risk of complications but Dr kanak did her surgery and whole process was smooth and flawless. No complications were seen. The staff is really kind and polite, managing a pool of patients in the best possible manner specially Prashant, he genuinely is very kind and polite. Sad to see that some people don’t understand the problems that the staff face due to increasing patients and unnecessarily becomes the victim of the rage of some impatient patients. I sincerely request all the patients to be kind and polite to the staff and behave as sane people.
