Lakshmi Opticals (Jagat Farm) - Optical Shop In Greater Noida

My experience with Lakshmi optical is too good like they are very humble , I just only go to improve my spec they do it by free of cost and they are very humble and respect full by nature...Too good experience with them ..👍

I bought progressive lenses with frame, around 15 days ago, for Rs. 9 500/- but they gave me very bad quality lenses, due to which I am facing a lot of problem in climbing stairs and driving vehicle. I have been to the shop twice, but to no avail.

The service in shop is excellent, I personally feel great!!✨️

Have been a long time customer (4+ years) but recent experiences have left me very disappointed. One of the digital bifocals that I had got made leads to dizziness and headaches, even after months of adjustment, which obviously points to flaw in the lenses, but the shop staff is u willing to accept it. Mind you this is for a pair of spectacles that costed close to 11k. On my own pair, fitting has been quite poor and cracks have developed on the frame. Moreover the frame itself is quite loose. The shop has been unable to rectify either of these issues and have instead blamed me for their defective workmanship. The spectacles are just 6 months old. When I reminded them about the warranty, they asked me to bring the bill, which is fair. However what isn't fair is that they never provide a full size GST bill, but a hand written estimate sort of bill. That "bill" is made out of poor quality bill and is quite small, so frequently gets lost, and the shop conveniently refuses to honour their commitments.
