Lenskart.com at Grand Venice Mall, Greater Noida

Sales personnel behaviour was unprofessional. Previously I had very good impression with Lenscart at different locations. But last visit was disgusting. However at the end some senior personnel managed the situation and deal was made.

Staff provides detail information about frames, lenses, and offers. Staff behaviour is polite and supportive.

Bought progressive lens from Lenskart store,Grand Venice Mall ,Greater Noida.The Sales executive ,Mr Suraj really helped me in the process.Really appreciate for his sincere work.Thank you Lenskart.

Gr8 experience. I always prefer to visit this store. All sales staff including Mr. Harun sales associate is very good. Ms.Pinky Verna, optometrist is quite knowledge and understanding.

good cooperative staff but extremely bad after sales. No one there to ensure the order has been delivered to customer rightly. we have ordered two eye glasses simultaneously and paid but we received one by DTDC courier which was also delivered at wrong address. While tracking shows goods delivered and we didn't have it. while checking with local DTDC office, goods was delivered to wrong person. eventually we got one. When asking for second one, they said it has been delivered back to store as no one was there to accept delivery. when we asked , we will come to pick in person, the reply was - the selected frame is out of stock - God knows if we will have our payment back... Pathetic to deal with such people. i have to postponed my overseas journey if i have to get the alternative frames etc... so shocking ....

There is no carry bag in your store, I have to take my delivery with open hands. If we have taken material worth ₹2500+ from your store then this material should be in proper carry bag. my first experience was like this For reference plz see bag pic...
