Services are poor. They don't offer home delivery even I offer to pay for it. It was so inconvenient. Salesman's focus was mainly to charge maximum even when I choose one of the frame on discounted price, he changed the lances so that I am charged in full equal to 2nd frame. Even when spending 2200/- for two frames and membership, I was not offered home delivery. If it is a restriction in the system than I would strongly oppose and suggest to provide home delivery. I have given two dates to pick my two set of frame which is inconvenient.

the staff is very very rude and arrogant, they definitely need to be humbled through some training… even after doing a purchase of 50 thousand, i was treated with arrogance when i went there to pick up my glasses, my friend who went with me was asked to stay out of the store just because they had an electricity cut off, im an advocate and i could have made an issue out of it but i did not have enough time, the staff tries to make fun of u when u go there, please train them or change the staff to more humble people

Appalling behaviour of the staff. Gave the wrong spectacles! And this has happened three out of three times I have bought from this store. Glad I took the photos in the hands of the person handling my case. They tried their best in denying. The staff is so rude and incompetent that it is a hassle to even get the bill. Had to stand in the store for 1.5 hours only to be denied at the end. Would advise to visit a different store.
