The experience was neutral. Not bad, if not good. The doctor is experienced and somewhat equipped. It seems like he knows what he's doing. However, as a patient one expects their doctor to be narrative of his/her procedures. One definite downside is that this doctor takes two sessions (for the cost of one) per person. On first day he scrutinize the eyes and on the second day he measures power of glass, if required. I would recommend not getting operated here (since the experience wasn't exactly confidence inspiring). Otherwise, it's good for general/routine check-up.

The Doctor CM Prasad with 47 Yrs of Experience does not have any experience how to treat an issue, I took my Wife for an eye infection treatment thinking it to be conjunctivitis, Dr, gave some drops and Medicines which actually brought more irritation to her eye and he called us after 2 days, when revisited he took 3.5 Hrs thinking what to do and gave some other drops which though did not have any irritation but did not have any effect to the infection. If the Doctor does not identify the cause in an Eye, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE BODY, HE should atleast tell that he is unable to diagnose or refer to some other Doctor. When asked what is the issue, he is not able to answer us and just informed that its an infection, as if we do not know its an infection We visited a 2nd Doctor here in Greater Noida and she was able to diagnose and gave the proper medication. In a single day we were able to see the benefit and her eyes are normal in 2 days. NEVER VISIT HERE for any thing for eye as eyes is the most important.

Although I could not meet the doctor so do not have opinion on doctors but The staff is very irresponsible and careless. The Q at reception counter has no importance, anyone can jump the Q and be entertained. In this Covid period no protocol are maintained and would not recommend anyone to visit this hospital. The support staff doesn’t bother to listen to patients nor they are worried if he is returning back

Very bad experience as he doesn't know what the problem is, it's a tiny particle in my eye and he told me to do operation and submit 2000 rs immediately but I refused and come to home and than I remove this particle by washing my eyes with water.
