Neelam eye centre

The most unprofessional lady I talked to. Such person should not be called as doctor. Needed eye checkup in emergency, the way lady talked on phone was like I asked her for something else. No doubt she has such low ratings.

She is such a pathetic, Money Minded doctor, Very Bad. I visited her for redness in my left eye, she gave me medicines for 7 days, but no impact. Again I visited her, she added one more medicine and no impact. On top , the medicine she prescribed, you will not find it elsewhere, so you are forced to purchase is from her that too without bill. I visited her clinic third time, I said, its more than 15 days, no impact on my eye then she started misbehaving and arguing. Finally she said done come here again. Such a rude doctor with no knowledge of what she is doing. Very bad.

After reading all negative reviews( thought these are the just online reviews ) abt the doctor I visited and experienced this doctor with my 5 yrs daughter. Sorry to say she is very rude in fact badtameez almost 55 - 60 yrs lady having 40 yrs experience. During inspection my daughter just drop her testing lense, she become started shouting and stopped testing . ek small girl ke saath kaun iss tarah misbehave karta hai, kitna dar gayi thi. Worst experience with any doctor.

Not a professional doctor. I visited 4 years back for regular eye number check for my glasses. Rather to fucus on that she was more interested to convince me to go for glaucoma test just for routine. And she gave wrong eye sight number after test. That resulted wrong glasses which I made. Then I visited another doctor for recheck my eyes and got correct number. When I visited her to complain that, she was very rude and told that she knows how to do her job.

Shame on this doctor shame. I went with my 9 year daughter for eye check up,she litrally abused, scolded and made my daughter cry. When questioned if she does same with everyone, she shouted and threw things and her staff also joined and made 9 year grl cry. Verrrrrrrry rude. Action must be taken against her, her licemse should be taken off. She must learn lesson how to speka to patiants. She abused and said -" iski toh bachpan se eyes kharab h" she had no clue what she was talking. Very abusive and rudest!!!! Never ever go! Shame shame shame

Dr. Neelam is one of the best doctor I have recently visited for my wife's eye infection. We visited another doctor in Greater Noida and after 10 Days of treatment, he was unable to identify the cause of the infection and gave all sort of wrong treatment. Then we visited Dr. Neelam, she was able to identify the cause and also explained us everything and with her prescribed medications we could see the difference in 24 Hours and now after 4 Days my Wife's eye is fully recovered. I will recommend Dr. Neelam for all eye related support. She is the best

Dr. Neelam one of the rude doctor I have ever seen, we went to the clinic and she just started shouting. So rude behaviour and I don’t recommend to go there. She don’t know how to behave with anyone. And only care for money. So disappointed ki aaj kal aise doctors hai tabhi hum inpe barosha nhi kar pate.

I agree that's really funny that why men with shorts are not allowed inside the clinic but the doctor is very experienced and a good doctor but yes that doctor needs to learn some basic manners that you can't be soo rude to people and shout.
