"WARNING: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN EYE PLUS, HAPUR STORE! They're peddling subpar products and providing ZERO customer service. My frames and lenses disintegrated in under a year, and the staff couldn't care less. They sold me defective products and abandoned me after the sale. I have proof of their negligence and shoddy service. You're better off avoiding this dump. Buyer beware! FALSE ADVERTISING, FALSE PROMISES. SHAME ON TITAN EYE PLUS, HAPUR!"

Very tidy place. Equipments are neat and clean too. Good staff who explain and help you choose according to your requirements. Quick service. Other accessories like watches, belts, perfume etc are also available. Eye wear collection is fine but the prices are not competitive. Almost no discount.

The service is pathetic. The staff is extremely rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers. My watch has been in the store for 10 days for a band change and battery replacement, but they haven't completed the service. Every time I visit, they promise to call with an update, but they never do. I had to repeatedly visit the store for updates, and in the end, I had to take my watch back unfinished.
