Staff behaviour is very bad, there is no cleaning, doctor behaviour is satisfactory in rude nature, parking facility is absent.

I might have given better rating but too much mismanagement is there. No respect of your time. They call u at 8 for follow up consulting but no staff at desk but if you ask the staff roaming they will show you very bad attitude. Front desk guy should learn little politeness. Not all are coming here are illiterate or not from decent background. Don't allow success rule yur head.

My sister had uveitis. I went to several other opthalmic doctors in Jaunpur (mostly because of them being nearer) but none were able to diagnose it let alone treat it. This doctor was able to detect it at one go and she was treated in the next two weeks. Very professional in attitude aswell. Things which can be improved, 1. One con- lack of OCT machine at the center. Which would have made this place a one stop for all the diagnosis in Jaunpur. Sadly, when in need of retina related procedures, a person still has to go to Varanasi/Lucknow. 2. The staff are rude. The doctor should consider giving them some training in basic etiquette. 3. There should be an option of queuing via phone/online. The typical wait time if you come after 10:30 is 1-2 hrs and the number of seats which can accommodate the waiting patients is far too less.
