I visited to the hospital the doctor was is very good behaviour in today's days when people come into this profession of doctors only to earn money but after meeting dr deyo prakash I felt that even such a doctors exits who are doing less for the welfare of the people as much as is needed the treatment the investigation everything...I was happy to meet he is really a brilliant personality

In a very small city i found this hospital with so many facilities my bhabhi got treatment from this hospital good treatment with many benefits in less money... Thanx to the team of this hospital

Firstly I gave 1 star for : Rude behaviour by management while demanding online report for the test. Manager asked to me that Dr. Abhinav who run the clinic,has instructed not to send any report online. Although I am a frequent customer of this clinic,but this time I am so much disappointed by this clinic. It seems that they may afraid of publishing online report that someone may caught their mistake. Even the GST numbers are also not mentioned in their report ,which may cause trouble while reimbursement in free health checkup. Even the staff for blood sample collection is too young that she couldn't find veins, that cause serious pain in my wife's hand. My bill number 6518 dated 26-09-2024 for genuinely claim demand. Now it has been changed to 3 star: Same day I received a call from the management incharge, they clear the question raised by my end. Like that doctor was visiting doctor, staff had misinformed me , also he told me that report may send to email not whatsapp(due to some bad past experience) , but the staff hadn't informed me about email. Also explained GST is not applicable to hospital as this clinic is under one of the service of this hospital . Satisfied with the prompt action ,thus raise the star from 1 to 3, but for the staff misinformation, has to cut 2 stars. Overall: recommend to visit this clinic as they are promoted to resolve query

Wonderful experience with Shivangi Clinic. Dr. Dev prakash Singh was a wonderful doctor, and the staff was always helpful and kind especially HR Manager. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Shivangi Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

It's good that you have started hospital with patient admission, All type of surgery, nephrology department other than diagnostic setup. I have very good experience of treatment written to me. Felling better. Ask ur staff to wear hospital dress so that patient can recognise them with other in hospital. Ur hospital is very clean. U r different from other.
