The ASG eye hospital Shastri Nagar, most pathetic staff, most pathetic service. I do not recommend this hospital to anybody. I request all ECHS and CGHS patient to look for an alternative as this hospital do not give needed attention to these card holders. My father was taking treatment in this hospital for more than an year, they keep on changing process without any prior intimation. An old person cannot see and then they make them run here and there, for unwanted process. Their counsellor do not respond, there executive do not provide right information, all are just sitting and warming the seats. 90% time there is no response or inadequate response, and rest 10% of time they do not provide correct information. People make plan based on the availability provided by them and then on end moment without prior confirmation they change the plan. This is unprofessionalism of the TOP. Very poor service, and no compassion towards patient seeking treatment.

I got my retina eye lasik surgery done from Dr Atul dhawan, asg eye hospital shastri nagar. He is an highly skilled and excellent eye specialist doctor. Asg eye hospital is an excellent facility for such specialist doctor. They have provided me best facilities. I highly recommend asg eye hospital for any type of eye related consultation and surgery.

Doctor Saurabh performed surgery very well, quite polite and have pateince, no pain in eye, this is second surgery we had in family performed by him, satisfied.! Hospital staff needs to manage things in better way and respect pateint time.
