Average hospital. Had my baby girl delivered here. The day staff is very polite and helpful. The night staff is a different story all together. Night staff has to be reminded of their basic duties. The hospital literally becomes a jail at night with all gates being locked and all the on duty staff sleeping with respective duty rooms locked.Rooms are of very old construction and amenities. My wife’s bed didn’t even had guard rails. Attached kitchen had water lodged. The hygiene in private rooms and overall can be improved.the good thing is they wont make a fool out of with unnecessary charges. Pharmacy staff need a lot of training, it would take much less time to go and buy medicines and supplies from medical stores nearby as their pharmacists take eternity for billing. Had a very below average overall experience.

They handle patient Very unprofessionally, they make wait senior citizen, don't talk politely, just simple routine check up takes 3 to 4 hours here. That old man who examine is rude.

Very bad experience. I examine my mother eye, the behavior of every staff is very rude like as beg of alms and also the glasses made is very bad. My mother deny to use that glasses. Man who examine eye is also very old and rude in behavior. I asked many people's also said the man makes error many time. So I request to management staff please for money don't make men fool.

Best hospital till now budget friendly as well

This is a very useless hospital. It is as useless as the name I had heard. I had a cataract operation done. It had to be done twice in 1 month because lens was not inserted in the first operation which happened in the sarv drishti center in this hospital. And the staff and doctors are not even telling, they are just saying that everything is correct when the operation was done for the second time. That day mostly people were going for the second operation, whose first operation went wrong or some problem occurred or second washrooms are so unhygienic, medicine are very costly even checkup before operation is very costly over all experience is worst.
