Dr Manish Mahendra - Khairabad Eye Hospital

We are extremely disappointed and distressed by the experience we had regarding my mother’s cataract treatment at your facility. She underwent cataract surgery in both eyes, but post-surgery, she was not prescribed the necessary supportive medication, which later proved to be critical for her recovery. Initially, she experienced some relief, but soon after, she began suffering from severe eye pain. We were told these symptoms could indicate glaucoma and were advised to undergo a series of expensive tests. After completing them, we were simply told, "Everything is fine," and were given painkillers. When the symptoms returned, we were informed that injections would be needed. However, we were repeatedly met with excuses—such as "the OT isn’t available," "the injection hasn’t arrived," or "the TPA is still processing." Out of concern for her deteriorating condition and the lack of clarity, we decided to seek a second opinion. That consultation was truly eye-opening. The new specialist clearly explained that the prior treatment had not only been incorrect but could have worsened her condition. Beyond the medical concerns, the staff behavior was appalling. In particular, **Amrita from your system** has been the most **rude and unprofessional person we have encountered**. Her attitude and conduct are completely unacceptable and have only added to our distress. She has been the **biggest issue in the entire facility**, making an already difficult experience even worse. It’s also deeply troubling that the doctor appears to be complicit in this—either through negligence or by knowingly providing poor care. This entire ordeal has shattered our trust in your facility and has raised serious concerns about patient safety and accountability.

The staff here is the dirtiest. There is no manners to talk. The dirtiest is the behavior of Amrita who lives near the doctor. The system is very bad. They don't understand anyone's problems. They don't even allow the doctor to reach them. The doctor doesn't even know when the patient will be there. How long has it been since I sat down
