Dr. Mohit Khatri performed the cataract surgery for my mother. There is no point in having a pre booked reservation for your consultation by the end of day, it's mostly the ones that are old clients or if you have someone inside you know then you'll be let in without having to wait much. We were told to arrive at around 7 despite make a reservation at 8 Am early morning and also visiting the clinic to confirm the slot, arriving at 7 we saw a couple of people already sitting and we were asked to wait and then only the guy wrote the name to book us as 4th or 5th. The doctor arrived at 8:30 wherein the other patients told us that's his usual arrival time and by then the entire clinic was filled people standing left and right.. even after his arrival he made the patients wait almost 30 more minutes wherein we were told he's currently in the chamber not seeing patients!! In between 4-5 people who were old patients or MRs who knew him got to see him but the rest being the general public had to wait.. once we saw the doctor he was so rude as to not even check the patient properly as we were actually raising our voice to be let in according to numbers.. without having been diagnosed for 30 seconds we were given some medicines and told to leave!!! When questioned him if the examinations have been done properly he specifically asked us to leave and buy the medicos from his counter.. wow the audacity some people have after being in a position of power is sometimes shocking to see because they loose the humanity within so easily.. worst experience in my life.. I hope this is the last time we come across a so called doctor like him who wants nothing but to print money from wherever possible.
